EVE is a smart database comprising thousands of reports, studies and publications from government, the market and society, both nationally and internationally. This information is continuously collected, automatically analysed and verified by our trend strategists.

Within EVE, we extract key signals from all these sources: small clues that indicate something is changing. When multiple signals show the same pattern, a trend emerges. And when several trends are moving in the same direction, it becomes clear where opportunities and directions lie for the future.

Impact check-up

The Impact Check-up is the starting point of the process and focuses entirely on gathering input from within the organisation itself. During the check-up, we work together with employees, thought leaders and decision-makers from the organisation to identify as many themes, ideas, ambitions and assumptions as possible.

What are the key issues within the organisation? How is the future viewed? And what are the ambitions?

The input from the session is analysed and compared with developments in government, the market and society. An overview is created of all relevant input and ranked (based on relevance, future-orientation and support) with advice from the trend strategists on what can be seen here and what is possible with this.

The process consists of: 1 session to gather input | 3 weeks of analysis | 1 presentation with 1 magazine.

During the check-up, we gather input from across the organisation and map it out in a structured way, ranking assumptions and hypotheses by relevance. This input forms the basis for further analysis and direction.

The aim is to provide clarity and a clear overview of what already exists within the organisation. We combine the input gathered with developments from government, the market and society. This creates a comprehensive picture of what is relevant and what is not.

In the trend paper, you will find the methodology, an analysis of the theme, a target audience analysis, and an exploration of current developments and future trends. Finally, it includes the advice of the trend strategists.
